We had a party for Halloween this year. K & T each invited a few friends and then Mom, Jesse, Berta, Curt and Roger came by. It was a costume party, so I went as a Tourist. I was originally going to be ghost of Elvis, but I couldn’t decide on what to wear. I was torn between white Pant Suit Elvis or Bathrobe, w/ a newspaper and TP Elvis. Anyhow, I couldn’t pull it together, so I was Tourist w/ Hawaiian shirt, shorts, black socks, white shoes and zinc on the nose. It was hilarious. K was Mother Nature, which was super cute costume. She did flowers and leaves in her hair and on her outfit. T was Jack Sparrow. Mom and Jesse were hilarious though, they were Fred and Wilma Flintstone. But the best costume prize went to K’s friend Brianna, who came as Thelma from Scooby Doo. Halloween is my favorite holiday because you can dress up and act goofy. It’s so much fun to see how creative everyone is. I’m glad we had the party and I hope the girls and I can have more joint parties.
